Kieran began his career in refrigeration & air conditioning engineering on nuclear submarines, where he developed a deep understanding of complex HVAC and mechanical systems. He then transitioned to the maritime industry, serving as Second Engineer on luxury yachts, managing high-end marine engineering operations. Following this, he gained extensive experience as a Gas Engineer with the UK’s largest energy provider, refining his skills in residential and commercial heating solutions.
Now, as the owner of PPK Contracting, Kieran applies his diverse expertise to deliver top-tier maintenance, facilities management, and fit-out solutions across the UAE. His leadership ensures that PPK maintains the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

He spent several years working on-site as a carpenter for a principal fit-out contractor, where he played a key role in overseeing all trades on the job. His expertise lies in delivering bars, restaurants, luxury apartments, and office fit-outs, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and detail.
With his deep understanding of site operations and trade coordination, Shaun ensures that every PPK Contracting project is executed efficiently, on time, and to exceptional quality standards.

Previously, as an HVAC Supervisor at a well-established Real Estate company, Mamoon led a 40-member team overseeing HVAC operations, equipment maintenance, and energy optimization. His expertise includes chiller operations, BMS, cooling towers, air handling units, and electrical/mechanical systems.
With a strong background in facility oversight, emergency response, and staff training. Mamoon has worked with major clients, including UAE Armed Forces, ADNOC, Dubai Police Academy and Emirates Post. His commitment to quality and efficiency makes him a valuable asset in the industry.

Over the years Chloe has gained her knowledge and skills through gaining many different qualifications including Business Management and a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance with the International Compliance Association.
Chloe has previously held management positions and has implemented a range of different problem-solving solutions to ensure that companies are fully compliant with the rules and regulations that they are required to follow. To do so, she uses her thorough skills of attention to detail and ensures to meet any regulatory deadlines. She has the ability to interpret rules and regulations and implement policies, procedures and processes to reflect these.
In her past job roles, she has been both client and senior management facing. Therefore, she is experienced when dealing with all members of an organisation and can provide the best possible service to clients when required.
